1. Scope
These terms govern your use of maxcorro.com and any services provided by Maxcorro (operated by Changsha Huichen Auto Trading Co., Ltd., “Maxcorro”). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Orders are accepted subject to availability, capacity, and compliance review. A signed purchase order or written confirmation creates a binding agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to designs, drawings, and CAD files you submit. Maxcorro will not use, share, or reproduce your IP except as required to perform the contracted services. Standard NDA available on request.
4. Quality & Returns
Parts are manufactured to the specifications confirmed in the order. Non-conforming parts will be replaced or credited at Maxcorro's expense. Standard return window is 30 days from delivery for inspection-discoverable defects.
5. Delivery & Liability
Delivery timelines are estimates. Maxcorro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Changsha, Hunan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
